What Types of Rebates Are Available?
Single-family and multifamily residential electric customers living in the Ameren Missouri service area are eligible for a variety of rebates that are effective for equipment installation between January 1, 2023-December 31, 2023, including:
- Central Air Conditioners: UP TO $700
- Air Source Heat Pumps: UP TO $900
- Geothermal Heat Pumps: UP TO $1,800
- Smart Thermostats: $50

Residential High Efficiency Rebate Program
Spire offers residential customers rebates to help make upgrading to more energy-efficient equipment easier. We offer rebates on high-efficiency water heaters, furnaces, boilers, combined systems and thermostats. To qualify for a rebate, your equipment must meet the following specifications:
Water Heater Rebates: SAVE UP TO $300

Gas tankless (less than 2 gallons) 0.80 UEF or higher: $300

Gas storage (20-55 gallons) 0.64 UEF or higher: $200
Furnace Rebates: SAVE UP TO $300

Gas furnace 96% AFUE or higher: $300

Gas furnace 92% AFUE up to 96% AFUE: $200
Thermostat Rebates: SAVE UP TO 50%

Programmable thermostat 7-day programmable $25 or 50% of thermostat cost, whichever is lower
