Traditional Installment Loan
*Credit and loans provided by Regions Bank d/b/a EnerBank USA, Member FDIC, (650 S Main St, Suite 1000, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) on approved credit, for a limited time. 8.99% to 15.99% fixed APR, subject to change. Minimum loan amounts apply. Interest starts accruing when funds are disbursed. Repayment terms vary from 12 to 144 months. Actual loan term may be shorter if less than the full approved amount of credit is used. First monthly loan payment due 30 days after funds are disbursed.
Energy Wise Financing Summary
ELIGIBILTY
- Residential and small commercial customers are eligible.
- Applicant must reside in home or occupy small business receiving installations.
- Applicant must own or be purchasing structure to receive installations.
- Installations can only be completed by members of spire natural gas contractor program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Where applicable. Subject to approval as not all products and services might be available at given times. Additional terms and conditions apply.
- Finances purchase and installation of certain energy efficiency and conservation improvements.
TERMS
- Maximum loan per home is $15,000. No minimum loan amount
- Maximum four systems per customer with maximum loan of $60,000
- Interest rate one point over prime
- Seven-year maximum re-payment period
- Monthly loan charges on SPIRE gas bill- Internal credit requirements for all applicants
- If Applicant SPIRE customer less then twelve months, a commercial credit report must show open credit and timely meeting of payments
- External (Equifax) credit requirements for applicants requesting loan amount greather than $1,000
